Cash Pay

While most people who undergo bariatric surgery are covered by insurance, some policies specifically exclude any type of weight loss surgery. If this is the case, appeals are usually not successful. For this reason, we have tried to offer an affordable self pay option. If you meet the requirements for outpatient surgery it can be as low as $14,999. If you must have your surgery at the hospital, it is somewhat more.

This fee includes the initial consultation, the dietary evaluation, the dietary class, the psychological evaluation, the pre-op visit, the surgery, the band and a year of follow up, including all the adjustments. The anesthesiologist fee is separate. In addition, any further work up like a cardiology consult or a sleep study would not be covered but could typically be billed to your insurance company.

Financing is also available and we will be happy to help you with this as well.
