Our Guarantee

Guarantees are seldom offered in health care—especially surgery. However, we believe very strongly that we can deliver a safe and effective procedure. For that reason, we are pleased to back up our word.

SAFETY

For all cash pay patient and many insurance companies, we offer a one year plan to cover complications. Quite simply, if you have a complication that is related to your band within the first year and it can be safely cared for at our surgery center, we will take care of that with no charge to you or your insurance company. There will be no co-pay. If, for safety reasons, that complication needs to be cared for at the hospital, there will be a hospital charge, but no professional fee from Dr. Ray.*

RESULTS

For all cash pay patients, your fee will cover one year of follow-up. There is no limitation on the number of visits. At the end of that year, if you have not lost at least 40% of your excess weight, we will continue to cover your visits until you do.
